In every barber shop in any neighborhood, you have your people that either love Floyd Mayweather Jr. or hate Floyd Mayweather Jr..

If your're a die hard Floyd Mayweather Jr. fan then, you appreciate his skill in the ring against whomever he's fighting.

If you're a Floyd Mayweather Jr. hater then you'll call him scared, a pussy, says that he runs during the whole fight, etc.

In this video, a random radio guy talks to Floyd Mayweather Jr. over there phone. He accuses Floyd Mayweather of being scared and calls him a "pussy" a couple times. Here's a fact. Floyd Mayweather is already a legend. No matter how he came to be a legend, he has to be respect for that. It's not anyones place or position to "call out a legend", especially when you're nobody!

I guess what made it bad was that Floyd stayed on the phone. Floyd should have just hung up the phone. He doesn't have to explain anything to this guy, who's clearly an idiot. Floyd kept telling the guy to LEARN the sport of Boxing. The guy kept responding back with, "I KNOW the history!". But, "the history" isn't today's sport of boxing. Just because you know the history of boxing as in, Who's who and who did what, doesn't mean you understand the political side of boxing. People today are so ignorant on how they approach people that deserve to be respected.

Here's the video:

Orlando Magic shooting guard J.J. Redick will soon become the latest basketball player with his own unnamed rap group.

According to Redick, he’s part of a “rap super group” that will release a new single before the end of the year titled “Waste Management.”

“We’re working on a rap CD,” Redick revealed. “We actually haven’t come up with a name from the group, we’re throwing around some ideas right now.”

Redick listed a number of potential names for his new rap crew, including Sub-par, Afterthought and No-“Profits.”

“The chorus has been written and the first verse and the direction we’re heading on the song has to deal with ‘waste management,’” Redick elaborated. “We’re not taking ourselves to seriously. We have some influences, and when you hear our sound eventually, you’ll pick up right away.”

Redick said he was hoping to have the single released virally and that the track could be released before the end of 2009.

“We’re hoping the single drops before the new year, but we have a pretty full time job, so we don’t have a whole lot of time to work on a rap album right now,” Redick said.

Other NBA players who have released rap albums include Ron Artest, Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal.

In 12 years, Antoine Walker(notes)made more than $110 million playing professional basketball moderately well. Take away taxes, throw in some adidas endorsement money and a "NBA Live 99" cover, and he's left with, what, $60-to-65 million?

Whatever the details, it was a big chunk of change, which, amazingly, wasn't enough.

That's right, during the last several months, the once multi-millionaire athlete has been pursued by multiple financial institutions for unpaid debts.

In fact, according to The Boston Globe, "Employee No. 8" owes more than $4 million to his creditors and is facing felony check fraud charges in Las Vegas. All of this at the age of 33. Wild.

Now I know what you're thinking: How in the world does somebody — not named Montgomery Brewster — even begin to blow through that amount of money?

The answer: fairly easily.

"[Walker] liked to move in an outsized entourage; his mother estimates that, during his playing days, he was supporting 70 friends and family members in one way or another. And speaking of his mother, he built her a mansion in the Chicago suburbs, complete with an indoor pool, 10 bathrooms, and a full-size basketball court. [...]

Living at the Bishops Forest condominium complex in Waltham during the Celtics season, Walker turned the pavement surrounding his home into a virtual luxury car lot — two Bentleys, two Mercedes, a Range Rover, a Cadillac Escalade, a bright red Hummer. Often, the vehicles were tricked out with custom paint jobs, rims, and sound systems at considerable added expense. He also collected top-line watches — Rolexes and diamond-encrusted Cartiers."

Condos, luxury cars, watches ... I guess that'll eventually force you into bankruptcy. Especially when you're not investing any money or collecting $200 with every fifth or sixth roll of the die.

But Walker's lavish lifestyle wasn't all "me-me-me." He was also a generous friend and teammate who had custom suits made for coaches, routinely picked up giant team dinner tabs and, when there were funds to spare, gave to underprivileged youngsters. He was basically spending money like it was going out of style.

And it did.

I guess Biggie was right after all: mo' money, mo' problems.

I think Mountain Dew was God's gift to the world! I tried looking for Mountain Dew in the Bible once, couldn't find it, oh well! The Mountain is so good, I would probably die and go to hell, if they had it there! Jk.

Here is what Caron had to say about the 12 ounces of Greatness in the green bottle:

I lost 11 pounds this summer by giving up Mountain Dew. That's right Mountain Dew. A lot of people don't know I'm a Mountain Dew addict so I guess this is my confession.

To try and give this up was crazy for me! I was going through withdrawals. I was in the bed sweating. My wife would turn over in the bed and ask "Are you OK?" Honestly, those first two weeks without The Dew [were] the roughest two weeks of my life. I'm talking headaches, sweats and everything. Before that I drank at least six 12-ounce Mountain Dews a day.

It was so bad at one point that I had to have a cold one right there at the night stand before I went to bed. I had to get the coasters and let it drip a lil' bit and just have it waiting on me. Come 2 a.m., I'd wake up out of my sleep, I'd pop one open and hear the fizz sound ... and just down it! Then I always had to have another one in the morning when I woke up. Before practice I had one too and before games I would knock back two.

...he would go back to this day, and he would say, "So I've thought hard and long about this one. I sat down with my family and friends, we all went over the pros a cons of staying and leaving. And the decision that I've made, is to leave Oklahoma to enter the 2009 NFL Draft. I will be immediately hiring an agent, matter fact, if you're an agent and you're watching this press conference, GET AT ME!" - Sam Bradford

STORRS, Conn. -- Police on Tuesday charged a man with the murder in the stabbing death of a University of Connecticut football player outside a school-sanctioned dance, but his defense attorney says he was just trying to break up a fight.

Two others also were charged in the fight that led to the death of 20-year-old Jasper Howard, of Miami.

John William Lomax III, 21, of Bloomfield, was arrested Tuesday morning and charged with murder, police said. His bond was set at $2 million.

Police would not discuss evidence or a motive during a news conference Tuesday. More than 40 investigators conducted more than 200 interviews and "have not stopped working," UConn police chief Robert Hudd said.

Police charged Hakim Muhammad, 20, of Bloomfield, with conspiracy to commit assault and Jamal Todd, 21, of Hartford, with a felony charge of falsely reporting an incident and a misdemeanor charge of reckless endangerment. Police say he pulled the fire alarm that emptied the dance early Oct. 18, triggering the fight.

Lomax, who is not a UConn student and lives 30 miles from campus, wasn't present when the argument started and doesn't know what it was about, but tried to break up the fight, said his attorney, Deron Freeman.

"He was just partying," Freeman said. "Often people from out of town go to the UConn campus to party."

Lomax, a Bloomfield High School graduate who works in information technology, goes by the nickname "Pooda." He last logged into his MySpace page in March, when he listed his occupation as "taking care of my daughter."

On his Facebook page, Lomax's friends include Muhammad and 21-year-old Johnny Hood of Hartford, who was arrested last week and faces charges of breach of peace and interfering with police.

Freeman said he was first told that Lomax would be charged in connection with the fight, but not with murder.

"I'm surprised," Freeman said. "I'm curious to find out what evidence they had to secure an arrest warrant for murder. ... From all the evidence I've heard, he was not involved in the stabbing."

UConn president Michael Hogan said in a message to students and staff: "Nothing can replace the void in our hearts left by his death. Yet, I know that many of you will feel reassured by today's news."
